Kelly McCullough is an associate of Storch Amini, and her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and professional liability. She represents small and mid-size corporations, financial institutions and private individuals, in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare and professional services. Kelly has experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation in federal and state courts.

Kelly joined the firm as a law clerk in September 2014 after receiving her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, she worked as a legal intern at the Law Office of Allen Bodner, working on breach of contract matters and matters related to ongoing estate proceedings.

Kelly also worked as a legal intern for Lincoln Square Legal Services where she provided representation to low-income clients in cases involving tax controversies, consumer debt collection, and predatory lending schemes.

During law school, Kelly served as both competitor and coach for Fordham’s Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot. She was also an associate editor on the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, and a member of Fordham’s Dispute Resolution Society.

After college, Kelly worked as a paralegal at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in Washington D.C. where she assisted with litigation and international arbitration. She is licensed to practice law in New York.

Kelly’s experience includes:

  • Representing an investor in action by breach of contract action against former hedge fund, fund managers and affiliates in Connecticut Superior Court. Participated as second chair trial counsel and obtained prejudgment remedy on client’s behalf.
  • Representing a manager of medical scanning center in breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty action against members of former joint venture. Findings of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty were affirmed by the First Department.
  • Representing an executive in connection with breach of contract and breach of fiduciary action against former employer in litigation and mediation. Successfully obtained resolution of claims.
  • Representing a bank against former law firm in legal malpractice action in litigation and mediation. Successfully obtained resolution of claims.
